The department is made up of specialist teams including Rewards & Benefits, Recruitment and Employee Relations. The department undertakes a variety of projects and daily tasks from managing annual salary and bonus review processes, pensions administration, employee reward and recognition schemes, managing apprenticeships and work experience programmes to writing and implementing policies, managing redundancy and TUPE processes, disciplinary and grievance investigations and advice, performance management and capability advice and management. We also undertake full employment screening and contract administration.
Assigning HR contacts to work alongside specific business managers allows the HR team to provide holistic HR advice, tailored to and understanding the needs of employees and client’s business.
