If you join us, you’ll receive a wide range of company benefits, including holiday entitlement of 25 days, rising to 27 after two years and then 30 days with length of service, plus an additional eight days for bank holidays. Part-time staff receive all holiday on a pro rata basis. Many entry level positions have an incremental salary structure in place, meaning your salary progresses as you develop. We offer season travel loans and an employee health cash plan.

We also operate a flexible benefits scheme, which lets employees select benefits to suit them, for example, a matched company pension scheme, childcare vouchers, cycle-to-work scheme and health screening.

We think it’s really important to recognise staff for their contribution and commitment to the company, so we have an employee recognition scheme to recognise and reward our staff and a recruitment referral scheme to reward employees who refer new staff to File Dynamics. We have an employee of the month and day-to-day recognition schemes, as well as long service awards. The year culminates with our annual awards ceremony for everyone who has achieved an award throughout the year and from these we select an employee of the year.

There’s a benefits committee in each office, who look into local benefits for staff in their location, organise staff discounts and make sure everyone is aware of benefits available to them.

As well as the above, we also offer a discretionary annual bonus, social events, life assurance, income protection (dependent on role and length of service), rewards for introducing a new client or publishing an article, course funding and training, including time off for study leave and exams, support for professional membership fees, discount on wills, wedding, civil partnership and baby gifts, and much more.

Encouraging our staff to share ideas and have a ‘voice’ within the business

We recognise that our continued growth is all down to the contribution our staff make to the business. We empower them to have a voice and openly share ideas and feedback on how they think we’re performing as a business. This lets us continue to strive to become more efficient, deliver an even better service to our clients and stand out from the competition. We achieve this through regular staff surveys, encouraging staff to submit ‘bright ideas’ to an online platform, and organising working parties and focus groups.

It’s not all about work!

We believe that the social aspect of work is also important and we encourage everyone to interact with each other across the business.  There are social committees in each office, which organise events and social activities, including a number of sporting activities to get involved in.

Most locations have break-out rooms for staff to sit, relax or take time out to meet and chat with colleagues.
