First introduced over 15 years ago, our workflow management system Filestream is able to expand and adapt to your business needs. Filestream has been written in house and is still managed and developed by our software development team.

Greencliff

Greencliff is a web based task management system; it is integrated with the Filestream workflow system and can be delivered on its own or with Filestream. The Greencliff tasks are a combination of QnA’s, Custom Tasks (web and desktop applications) and Rule Manager interactions expressed linearly within the workflow.

Extranet

The Extranet is a web based application that allows the publishing of MI reports, framed applications, articles and links in a structured way. This can allow B2B access through your business stakeholders. The structure allows the administration of user access and auditing.

Client Extranet

Client Extra (CLEX) is a public facing website that allows a client to view their case details, receive updates about their case via email, securely download correspondence, and send secure messages back to their Filestream handler.
